The finished product is filtered, dried and crushed.. 12.8kg H acid (40.8%), 1.2kg of sodium carbonate (80.65%) and 7.5kg of water were stirred and dissolved into a condensation kettle, the temperature was raised to 50 ℃, then calcium carbonate and p-toluenesulfonyl chloride (the total amount of 2.2kg of calcium carbonate and 8kg of p-toluenesulfonyl chloride respectively) were added in several times, the temperature was controlled to 50-70 ℃, and the reaction was 4 hours.
